These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the website astronumerology.app and the purchase of premium subscriptions to the NOVA App via the website.

3. Description of Services

NOVA offers astrology and numerology services as a mobile app. Premium subscriptions can be purchased via the website and redeemed in the app using an activation code.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in euros including statutory value-added tax. Payment is made via Stripe. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled before the end of the term.

5. Activation Code

After successful payment, a one-time activation code in the format SPIRIT-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX is generated and sent by email. This code is personal and non-transferable.

6. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Contact us at [email protected].

7. Disclaimer

Astrology and numerology serve entertainment and self-reflection purposes. The content provided does not constitute professional advice. Decisions made on the basis of the app's content are the responsibility of the user.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any contracts concluded via the website are governed by the law of the U.S. state of Wyoming (USA). Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected and prevail in the event of conflict. If the user is a consumer, they may also bring claims before the courts of their place of residence; the provider may bring claims against the consumer only before the courts of the consumer's place of residence.
